Responsibilities
- Online Marketing Strategy: Implement digital marketing strategies for lead generation, audience growth, and meeting revenue targets.
- Paid Advertising: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive traffic and conversions. Manage budgets effectively to achieve ROI goals.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, and site structure for improved organic search rankings. Monitor and report on keyword performance and make data-driven SEO recommendations.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to develop and distribute engaging and relevant content across digital channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and more.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. Develop and execute social media content calendars, engage with the audience, and analyze social media metrics.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behavior on the website and implement CRO strategies to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Marketing Technology: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
Skill-Set Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
