This is a job vacancy for the position of an Executive Assistant to the management of an existing silver jewellery brand commencing with e-commerce operations.
 

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance to the Business Owners.
• They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails, messages on the Owner’s behalf.
• They should also be proficient with finding and contacting freelance collaborators and content creators on social media and elsewhere.
• Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Skill-Set Requirements

• Strong know how of Internet and web. You know how to use web browsers, web and mobile apps, their features as management tools.
• An extensive experience with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Good at coordination and communication with content creators, web/graphics designers and digital marketers.
• Good at managing various email accounts and organize inboxes well.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to stay focused with great follow-up skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Vocational Diploma holders and College Dropouts may apply
• Specialized Certifications with elaborate online courses.
